JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has unveiled two new event spaces, Palms Executive Conference Centre and Cascade.
The hotel is investing millions of dollars in renovations, and the company says the new meeting spaces are in line with a wider brand initiative.
Located within the property’s Palms Tower, the Palms Executive Conference Centre (pictured) is slightly separated from the main resort, offering exclusivity and privacy. The 15,000 square foot space features indoor and outdoor rooms, including the Parian Room, which can accommodate 50-200 delegates, as well as nine break-out rooms. On-site services include webcasting, mobile apps, high-speed internet, Clickshare technology and digital lecterns. JW Marriott says its team is on hand to look after events from planning to follow-up.
The space is also designed to be ‘green’, with hydration stations throughout the venue to limit the use of plastic bottles, electronic signage, linen-less tables, recycled notepads, paperless communication options and billing, online event menus and property-wide recycling.
Meanwhile, Cascade offers 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space with an open floor plan.
