BCD Meetings and Events (BCD M&E) has launched its second key product on its Meetingsource platform, a tool for non-employee expense reimbursements.
The platform, called Expense, provides a secure and efficient process for capturing, verifying and reporting non-employee expense reimbursements.
BCD M&E says Meetingsource Expense can be loaded with attendees from any registration system and configured at the individual meeting level with expense categories and sub-categories to streamline the user experience and ensure compliance. The data can then be exported to a csv file. In future updates, data can be extracted via an API for integration directly into customers’ AP system, allowing for transference of data.
The tool is web-based and mobile friendly, making it convenient for users to upload their expenses as the incur them or when they return to the office.
