Online travel training specialist OTT has teamed up with Buying Business Travel to offer a series of business-specific courses.
OTT has recently launched an Air Canada course that gives insights into the carrier’s products, cabins, services, route network and loyalty programme benefits.
The award-winning airline is flying up to 63 non-stop flights per week to seven Canadian cities from Heathrow this winter, including four daily direct flights to Toronto.
From March 2014, Air Canada is also introducing Premium Economy on the London-Vancouver route. The product features a larger seat and pitch than standard economy, 10.4 inch touch-screen TVs, increased baggage allowance, and priority check-in and boarding.
