Scott Hyden has joined CWT’s Roomit as senior vice president and chief experience officer, based at the division’s new Chicago headquarters.
From 12 February, Hyden will provide strategic leadership over the Roomit product and distribution channels and the user experience. His core tasks will be to increase customer retention, improve operational efficiency and ensure CWT delivers a world-class experience to travellers.
Prior to joining Roomit, Hyden was global vice president of the enterprise consumer group for Travelport and previously led Travelport’s business in the Americas. He has also held the roles within STA Travel, Travelocity Business and Travelweb, as well as ten years at American Airlines.
