Traveler 360° Study: Insights from Corporate Travellers across the Globe

American Express Global Business Travel Traveler 360 report

Traveler 360 is a new report from American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), which surveyed 2,000 regular business travellers from the UK, US, France, Germany, Australia, Singapore and India. It gains valuable insights into travellers’ behaviour and their perceptions of company travel policies and programmes.

The Traveler 360 study identifies key areas of opportunity for programme improvement, including the need for more education about travel policies and the benefits of compliance, and better engagement and communications with travellers. The report reveals a lack of clarity and understanding of policies and companies’ duty of care obligations, in addition to concerns around privacy and tracking. The findings show direct correlations between education and compliance.

This in-depth report explores a range of issues including the behavioural influence of travel approvers, duty of care, pain points in booking and expense processes, work-life balance, and key differences between countries.
