SACO has received recognition, both as a Quality Accredited Serviced Apartment Operator and as an agent from the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP).
The ASAP Quality Programme assesses operators’ apartments against more than 250 service quality, regulatory and safety criteria, and the ‘Accreditation Marque’ is only awarded to those operators that attain the necessary level of compliance and meet the assessment criteria.
Serviced apartment firm SACO was praised for its consistent level of customer service, safety, apartment maintenance and quality and comfort throughout its operated apartments.
It was also credited for its robust health and safety standards.
James Foice, CEO of the ASAP, said: “I am delighted to confirm that SACO one of the first of our members to support our quality accreditation programme when it was introduced 2 years ago, has now been quality accredited as an Operator.
“SACO has also secured our new accreditation as an ‘ASAP Quality accredited booking agent’, as well as achieving the new ‘ASAP Quality Accreditation – Building’ for ten individual properties.”
SACO CEO Stephen Hanton said: “This accreditation from the highly renowned ASAP highlights the efforts our team go to in providing consistently high standards of service across our growing portfolio of properties in the UK and beyond.”
