The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) has expanded its accreditation programme to Asia Pacific.
The ASAP Quality Programme assesses operators’ apartments against more than 250 service quality, regulatory and safety criteria, and the ‘Accreditation Marque’ is only awarded to those operators that attain the necessary level of compliance and meet the assessment criteria.
ASAP has expanded it to Asia Pacific through a new partnership with corporate apartment provider Convido, that have had operators in Australia and the Philippines quality accredited by the Association’s international arm – ISAAP (International Serviced Apartment Accreditation Programme).
James Foice, CEO, ASAP, said: “My vision when we first launched our Quality Accreditation Programme back in 2014 was for it to become a truly global scheme for our serviced apartment sector and it’s absolutely fabulous to see this becoming a reality.
“This means that we now have ISAAP/ASAP quality accredited operators in some 130 cities worldwide in 12 countries across 4 continents which consolidates our position as the only global quality accreditation programme for our sector,” he said.
ASAP has plans to expand its programme to more international markets and has had interest in New Zealand, India and South America.
