It will feature 96 apartments, as well as Adagio’s ‘The Circle’ concept, which has redesigned common spaces based on customer usage.
Looking further ahead to 2020 and 2021, Adagio has signed four new properties across Europe, including the Adagio Glasgow Saint Enoch with 162 apartments – 117 of which are studios and 45 with one bedroom.
Adagio Delta Chirec in Brussels will offer 120 apartments, Access Stuttgart Airport will feature 125 and Adagio Bucharest Politechnica will provide guests with a choice of 130 apartments.
Adagio Aparthotels currently operates 106 properties in 12 countries.
Thomas Lamson, director of development at Adagio, said: “Our ambition is to have 200 Adagio aparthotels and 25,000 apartments by 2023. For this, we must continue to develop in existing territories and also target attractive new destinations with both economic and tourism opportunities, whatever the mode of development.”
