Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) and travel and expense technology company Serko have extended an existing reseller agreement to bring Zeno to the TMC’s customers in the US and Canada.
The agreement is part of the CWT preferred supplier programme for its SME market customers and follows a partnership that started in Australia and New Zealand.
Zeno will become one of the CWT preferred booking tools for its SME clients in North America, including a self-onboarding platform that Serko says simplifies the roll-out and configuration of Zeno.
Serko will also integrate CWT’s Roomit hotel merchandising platform and content into Zeno’s hotel supply platform.
