Virgin Atlantic and Flybe have expanded their codeshare deal to include the regional carrier’s forthcoming services between Scotland and Heathrow.
The two airlines launched a codeshare deal in April last year, covering connections between Flybe and Virgin Atlantic services at Manchester, Glasgow and Gatwick.
The expansion will now see Virgin codeshare on Flybe’s new routes from between Heathrow and the Scottish cities of Aberdeen and Edinburgh, which launch on March 26.
Customers can book connecting codeshare services at virginatlantic.com, benefitting from single check-in and bag drop for their journey.
Fares on routes from Aberdeen and Edinburgh via Heathrow include from £498 to LA and San Francisco, from £398 to Boston, from £418 to Washington, and from £445 to Hong Kong.
