Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate brands have partnered with flight delay prediction service Lumo (formerly Flightsayer) to deliver disruption forecasts to clients.
Brands including FCM Travel Solutions, Stage and Screen, cievents and Corporate Traveller will utilise Lumo’s service to warn clients of potential flight delays.
Lumo uses machine learning to predict delays weeks, days and hours ahead of scheduled departure, allowing travellers and bookers to make itinerary changes and proactively manage potential disruption.
Clients will be able to choose how to configure the Lumo integration depending on their needs and travel programme, which can be done through email, mid-office integration or a dashboard. Once Lumo receives the flight information, it can inform the client of the likelihood of disruption.
