Workspace provider Spaces is set to open its fourth hub in London, as well as a new space in Bath.
Spaces Fitzrovia, set to open in March 2018, will be located at the Harley Building, a 36,400 square foot property in Marylebone designed by Squire and Parsons. The space will offer an open-plan co-working area, along with meeting rooms to hire and more than 100 private offices. An on-site café will serve fresh food and coffee, while a roof terrace will offer 360-degree views of London.
Richard Morris, UK CEO of Spaces, said: “Marylebone is famously a hotbed of innovation, renowned for its creative institutions from the London College of Fashion to University of the Arts London.”
Meanwhile, Spaces Bath, set to open in December, will be located across the second and third floors of Northgate House, which is situated at the junction of the High Street with Upper Borough Walls and Bridge Street. The site will also offer a co-working area, meeting rooms to hire and more than 100 private offices.
Morris commented: “The beautiful city of Bath is a sought-after location for many firms, as it combines the cachet of an historic, upmarket location with a thriving business and tech scene and fantastic transport links.”
Spaces also has new hubs set to open this year and next year in Guildford, Newcastle, Reading and Uxbridge.
