Serviced apartment company Urban Stay has opened a new property in Fitzrovia that features six self-contained one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Situated close to Soho, Oxford Circus and Goodge Street, the property is a ten-minute walk from new Crossrail sites opening soon at Bond Street and Tottenham Court Road. The building is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Each apartment features wooden flooring with under-floor heating throughout, natural light and fully equipped kitchens. Living rooms are fitted with flat-screen TVs, sofa beds and high-speed wifi, while the majority of bedrooms offer queen-size beds that can be split into two twin beds.

The building also benefits from outdoor space, with two of the apartments boasting access to an enclosed patio with seating, and all apartments are pet-friendly.

In addition, the building is fitted with keypad entry and 24/7 self check-in, as well as CCTV security in all common areas.
