Aer Lingus has announced it will launch a new route from Dublin to Seattle starting May 18, 2018.
The airline says it is the first-ever direct flight from the Irish Capital to Seattle. Flights will operate four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing Dublin at 1550 and the return leg leaving at 1920.
The carrier says passengers can connect to the route from 24 cities across Europe, including 12 in the UK.
When the route launches, Aer Lingus will operate 13 transatlantic routes, with six of those added since the airline joined IAG in 2015.
