Travel management company Clarity has partnered with Tracsis Travel Compensation Services (TCS) and its Business Travel Compensation solution to provide clients with a ‘Delay Repay’ service.
Tracsis TCS is an automation and software provider operating for and on behalf of the UK rail industry, offering automated solutions for Delay Repay claims to train operating companies.
Earlier this year, Tracsis TCS launched Business Travel Compensation, a service that allows TMCs, HR teams and travellers to ensure 100 per cent of compensation due is received.
The partnership between Clarity and Tracsis TCS means clients are supported through the claims process to receive their full entitlement.
