Easyjet has struck a deal with TMC, BCD Travel, to further extend the airline’s corporate travel offering.
The partnership provides Easyjet access to BCD Travel’s client base and makes it easier for the TMC to offer its clients Easyjet services.
Easyjet’s European sales director, Toby Joseph, said the deal is another indication of the “significant progress” progress it has made in developing its corporate travel services.
“The deal underlines a great start to 2014 for Easyjet, coming so soon after we secured the honour of Best Short-haul Airline at the 2014 Business Travel Awards,” said Joseph.
Thomas Stöckel, senior vice president of supplier relations for BCD Travel’s EMEA region, said: “We’re pleased to be able to offer our corporate clients Easyjet content and to help our new airline partner expand the channels through which travellers and travel arrangers may book its service.
“We think the corporate travel space represents a great opportunity to Easyjet for growing its business. And Easyjet offers great value to businesses looking for low cost options in Europe.”
