Corporate travel analytics and data reporting specialist Prime Numbers Technology (PNT) is set to launch a new skill for the Amazon Alexa voice assistant at this year’s GBTA Convention in San Diego.
During the event, PNT will offer demonstrations of its Alexa skill functionality, which it says will provide travel managers with instant access to programme information and industry statistics.
The company will also be giving away eight Amazon Echo devices in an effort to allow travel managers to utilise the new PNT skill.
Mark Bresnahan, vice president and general manager of PNT, commented: “At Prime Numbers Technology, our goal is to provide travel managers with the fastest access to information that drives business decisions. Through the development of our own Alexa skills, we’re aiming to provide instant access to key travel programme information and industry statistics. Alexa will not only answer key programme questions on the spot, but can also retrieve and deliver Prime Numbers reporting directly to your inbox.
“Soon, Prime Numbers’ clients will be able to access and run reporting on key programme information, all by asking a simple question. By automating manual processes, we’re allowing travel managers to reclaim their time and drive their businesses forward.”
The GBTA Convention takes place from 11-15 August in San Diego, California. Prime Numbers Technology will be demonstrating its Alexa capability on stand 335A.
