International TMC Reed & Mackay has launched R&M/Mobile, a new booking solution that combines service and technology.

R&M/Mobile is available for smartphones and tablets and integrates fully with Reed & Mackay’s suite of travel technology. According to the company, this ensures a single central policy that drives consistency regardless if the booking is with an agent, on a desktop or on a mobile device.

Reed & Mackay says the platform puts everything time-poor travellers need to make a booking, navigate their trip and stay connected on the move safely. Push notifications alert the traveller when their boarding pass is available and let them know if they have received a seat or room upgrade.

The platform also enables travel bookers to manage trips on the go for multiple travellers from one central account.
