Serviced apartment provider Oakwood Worldwide has announced a significant programme to realign its technological infrastructure over the next several years, starting with the launch of a new website and expanded online booking capabilities.

Oakwood says it is responding to customer feedback and addressing the “changing requirements of the market”. The new website consolidates the company’s three sites (, and into one portal that Oakwood says streamlines the business process and allows users direct access to its inventory.

Key elements of the new site include a full redesign with improved navigation, content and features; real-time pricing and inventory availability; a property profile application with search and filtering options; and new measuring and reporting capabilities, which allow for responsive changes.
