Principal Hotel Company has officially launched its new meetings and events concept, Smart Space, at its properties across the Principal and De Vere brands.

The initiative is set to be rolled out across the portfolio in phases and is comprised of nine key features, including a live-availability booking service, up to 1GB super-fast wifi, interactive displays and an on-site team of tech experts.

According to the company, the new concept promises ease of booking, inspirational meeting rooms, a personal conference host, technological support, Burr & Co breakout areas, nutritionally balanced delegate menus, three existing rewards programmes – Applause and Showtime Rewards and Trainers’ Club, access to outdoor spaces – with high-speed wifi available up to 100 metres from the property – and the support of a team of specialists to help keep delegates motivated.
