Following the merger of Sandy Row Travel and World Club Travel, new brand Fello launched today at the Business Travel Show.

Fello focuses on ‘traveller first’ business travel, saying happy travellers lead to happy travel managers and businesses.

The new company will be led by CEO Simone Buckley – former CEO of ITM – and original Sandy Row and World Club founder Danny Shahaf.

Buckley said: “After listening to buyers and travellers’ frustrations for many years, we wanted to launch a traveller centric travel management solution. We recognise that even the best business travel is imperfect; Fello will provide a premium business travel service that ensures the traveller feels valued by their employer.”

Shahaf added: “We are committed to understanding the individual needs of the customer and delivering a ruthlessly efficient approach to travel organisation. By taking the best from each organisation we have combined the highest level of service with the very best technology to deliver maximum satisfaction for travellers and compliance for their company.”

Along with the brand launch, Fello announced that Mark Cuschieri, global travel lead at UBS and previous chairman of ITM, has joined the company as a non-executive director effective immediately.

An advocate of traveller considered travel programmes and passionate about new entrants to the business travel space, Cuschieri will take the position of advisor to the newly launched TMC.

Fello is exhibiting at the Business Travel Show on stand B6202.
