International travel management company Reed & Mackay has opened offices in Singapore in a bid to better support customers in Asia.
The TMC says it has had teams on the ground in Singapore since January to ensure its suite of technology and service offering “is tailored to the needs of the market”.
Vivian Hsiao-Yee Choo will lead the Singapore team, having recently joined as SVP for Asia. She brings extensive experience in travel management, including leading business development teams for global TMCs across APAC.
Fred Stratford, group CEO for Reed & Mackay, commented: “We listen very carefully to our clients and there has been a clear and consistent message that they would like to see a wholly owned Reed & Mackay operation in Singapore so we’re really excited to be here.
“Vivian brings invaluable local and regional market knowledge to Reed & Mackay. We are very excited to be introducing our first class service to the Asia region and delighted to have Vivian on board.”
Choo added: “Our industry is ever changing and at Reed & Mackay we combine tradition and innovation to provide an extraordinary experience for our clients.”
The new office brings Reed & Mackay’s global offering to 4,000 travel experts across 40 countries.
