Travel management company Fello has been chosen as a partner for SalesTrip, the new travel and expense management platform released by Salesforce at the Business Travel Show.
Under the agreement, Fello will be SalesTrip’s outsourced provider of complimentary managed travel services for the platform’s customers.
SalesTrip is the first travel booking, ticketing and expense management system built natively on Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform with more than 200,000 customers globally.
Fello CEO Simone Buckley commented: “SalesTrip is an exciting company and we are delighted that Fello has been chosen as a partner to work with its customers, providing additional strategic services required to support managed travel programmes. To Salesforce users, the benefits of an integrated system for all their business travel needs is very appealing in understanding the true cost of doing business.”
Eoin Landers, VP of product at SalesTrip, added: “In building our partner ecosystem, we look to organisations that share our ambition to make business travel better for businesses and travellers alike. Fello’s traveller-first ethos and innovative approach to service delivery impressed the SalesTrip team and we’re confident that together, we can help leaders transform their travel programmes from an uncontrollable cost to a growth enabler. We share the same cultural values through this vision and look forward to the future.”
The news comes after Fello announced it was joining GlobalStar Travel Management.
David Chappell, technology director at Fello, talked to BBT at this year’s Business Travel Show, where SalesTrip was a finalist in the 2019 Disrupt Awards.
