Diversity Travel has reported revenue growth of around £14 million in the past 12 months.
The travel management company, which specialises in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors, has seen steady year-on-year growth since forming in 2007.
The Manchester-based firm, which employs 110 people across three offices, has seen its revenue climb from £34.4 million to around £48 million in the past year.
Diversity has also appointed two new people to its senior management team.
Sean de Lacey joins the company as head of sales after nearly five years at travel management firm CTM.
Stephen Brook joins as head of account management from Radius Travel.
Diversity Travel managing director Christopher Airey, said: “Over the past few years the company has grown significantly, having to double our office space in Manchester to accommodate a 22 per cent increase in staff.
“The more we grow, the more we can invest back into the business and the increase in revenue has allowed us to further develop the innovative services and solutions we offer our customers.”
Diversity Travel was ranked number 26 in BBT’s Top 50 leading TMCs for 2015.
