The Trafalgar hotel in central London has been rebranded as the city’s first Curio Collection by Hilton.

The only hotel in Trafalgar Square is now known as The Trafalgar St James London following a multi-million pound refurbishment carried out over the last few months.

Work has included renovating the hotel’s 131 rooms and 15 suites including the creation of music-themed decor to celebrate the city’s most famous musicians.

Public areas such as the rooftop bar overlooking Trafalgar Square have been refurbished while the Biblio living room area is designed to give the “intimacy of a private members lounge”.

Hilton is continuing to expand the Curio Collection brand – The Aleph Rome reopened after a renovation in July, while upcoming openings include The H Hotel Los Angeles (October 2017), The Statler Dallas (November 2017) and Lincoln Plaza London in Canary Wharf (March 2018).
