FCM experiences growth in MEA region

FCM Travel Solutions’ Middle East and Africa (MEA) region has experienced major growth in the last 12 months, winning new business at local and regional level worth US$75 million.

New corporate clients for the region include Coca Cola Beverages Africa and luxury fashion brand Prada in the Middle East, which extends the company’s relationship with FCM in Europe. In addition, FCM won the contract for chauffeur drive company Careem in more than ten markets.

In December 2017, FCM was also appointed to manage the global travel programme for Orica Limited in more than 50 countries, a contract for which the TMC’s MEA team will play a major role.

Ciaran Kelly, general manager at FCM MEA, commented: “The last 12 months has been a period of transformation for FCM in the region, with expansion and innovation at the centre of our overall strategy. We look forward to continuing to build awareness and strengthen our presence of FCM across MEA during 2018.”

FCM Travel Solutions was named Best Travel Management Company with more than £200 million annual UK sales at the 2018 Business Travel Awards.
