EasyJet will introduce a Milan – Tel Aviv service to its network from the spring.
The low-cost carrier will operate four weekly flights between Ben Gurion Airport in Israel’s financial capital and Malpensa from March.
EasyJet UK commercial manager Hugh Aitken said: “We are pleased and proud to make Europe more accessible to Israeli business and leisure passengers with our eighth direct flight route to Tel Aviv.
“We are confident this new route will become as popular as the other routes we successfully operate to and from Israel.”
Earlier this month the carrier announced it would introduce three weekly flights between Gatwick and Tel Aviv from April.
Meanwhile in Italy easyJet is also expanding operations at Rome’s Fiumicino airport.
