Royal Brunei Airlines has launched direct flights between Brunei and Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in south-west China.
The airline says the route was established to create increased opportunities for travel, trade and investment between the two countries.
In addition, Royal Brunei announced a new route to Haikou, the capital of the Hainan province. The flights will launch on 30 October, subject to government approvals and the granting of landing slots.
Both services will operate on board the airline’s new A320neo aircraft, the first of which was delivered in May.
