United Airlines has resumed its seasonal service from San Francisco to Auckland, New Zealand, with six flights per week operating between now and December 17.
The service will increase to a daily frequency from December 17 until March 22, 2018. United says the flight offers passengers connections to more than 20 routes across the north and south islands of New Zealand.
The route is served by United’s Boeing 777-300ER, which features a new cabin design that includes the Polaris business class with flat-bed seats (pictured).
United said it celebrated the resumed schedule by launching a microsite with Star Alliance partner Air New Zealand, which provides passengers with information about both airlines, as well as tips and travel advice for the US and New Zealand.
