Delta has announced it will begin offering its Comfort+ fares on transatlantic flights from January 22, 2018.
The airline has started selling tickets for flights from North America to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Comfort+ fares were established in 2015 on Delta’s domestic and Canadian services as an add-on product and eventually spread to its Asia-Pacific and Latin America/Caribbean routes.
Delta says the fare offers passengers extra legroom, Sky Priority boarding and dedicated overhead bin space, as well as complimentary, branded snacks and premium beverages on flights more than 250 miles. Long-haul passengers on Comfort+ fares are also provided with Rest and Refresh packs, which contain eye shades, ear plugs and a dental kit.
