BridgeStreet has secured the operations of Stow-Away Waterloo, an aparthotel situated in the regenerated London neighbourhood.

Developed by a joint venture between Stow Projects and Ciel Capital and managed by BridgeStreet, Stow-Away Waterloo was built using 26 repurposed shipping containers offering space of more than 18 sqm. It is part of an environmentally-conscious, innovative and affordable project.

Stow-Away Waterloo was awarded Best Architecture or External Design and Best Property 1-20 Units at the 2019 Serviced Apartment Awards.

Located near Waterloo station, the building’s design focuses on space-efficient models, while guests have access to technology such as keyless entry with a mobile phone, high-speed wifi and a dedicated app that enables quick responses to their needs. It also features an independent boutique wine bar and pop-up kitchen called UnWined.

Each studio includes a super-king-size Hypnos bed, Molton Brown toiletries, walk-in shower, free high-speed wifi, a desk/dining table and two chairs, smart TV, wardrobe and storage, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette including a combination microwave alongside a fridge, hob and dishwasher.
