Moving To CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments

Clare Ace has joined CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments (CAP), where she will be responsible for developing the CAP global relationships and brand partnerships with apartment and corporate housing operators.

Ace joins from The Serviced Apartment Company (SACO), where she was director of global supply and revenue.

As part of the senior leadership team, she will also work alongside owners Jo Layton and Andrew Hopgood to fulfil their goal of providing the best in class global serviced apartment booking agency.

Ace has 19 years’ experience managing key corporate accounts and numerous in-house delivery teams.

Layton, director of CAP, said: “Clare is very well-respected and highly regarded in the business travel and extended stay sectors, with a deep knowledge and understanding of managing serviced apartments and corporate housing. She is already a great asset to our ambitious and aspirational start-up”.

Hopgood, CAP’s chief operating officer, added: “We are excited to have Clare’s experience and capabilities in the team to help with the continuous evolution of the business and with a focus on CAPTURE, our digital eco system. We believe that she will help to process map CAP services to ensure that we remain current and provide the best products and services to our clients and true recognition of our brand partners.”
