Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Europe has appointed David Di Feliciantonio as director of client services.

Di Feliciantonio joins from Flight Centre, where he was leader of implementations, and brings six years’ corporate travel experience with him.

Reporting to VP of sales and client services, Shelley Mathews, Di Feliciantonio will oversee implementation project managers, online implementation managers and online support teams while managing business growth and development.

Mathews commented: “David will be tasked with further enhancing CTM’s implementation processes and supporting the development and growth of the company’s proprietary products. We’re delighted to have him on board.”

Di Feliciantonio added: “I have a lot of respect for CTM and I’m looking forward to working with our business managers to audit existing clients to hunt out even the tiniest areas for improvement and with the sales teams to assist in the bidding process to bring even more new clients on board.”
