ATPI creates global customer content role

Travel and events management company ATPI has appointed Clare Pereira to the newly-created role of global director of content and customer platforms, effective immediately.

Reporting to chief innovation and technology officer Ali Hussain, Pereira, who is based in London, will lead the company’s initiatives around the personalisation of its technology.

Pereira brings experience in developing multi-channel content across air, hotel and mobile platforms. She will work across the business to deliver ATPI’s online strategy in addition to further enhancing the customer platform experience and content personalisation strategy.

Prior to joining ATPI, Pereira held senior digital and content roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Clare has a sterling reputation for her work in enhancing the client experience and personalisation capabilities of travel management technology products and platforms.
