ACTE-Business Traveller study: the impact of terrorism on business travel
The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) has teamed up with BBT’s sister publication Business Traveller, to carry out a study on the impact of terror attacks on business travellers and managers. The study is sponsored by American Express GBT.
The initial findings are published here in a report entitled Traveller behaviour: threats & opportunities
The report highlights a number of areas where travel buyers could implement better communications and engagement with travellers to optimise wellbeing and and create a more effective travel programme.
